I can't believe that it has been three years.
Three years of marriage to my best friend!
Three years of trying out dinner recipes.
Three years of great vacations.

Three years of belly laughs at midnight.
Three years of being dorky with my favorite dork.
Three of the best years, and I just can't wait for more!

For our anniversary, we stayed in the same hotel we stayed in our honeymoon night. Not only was it the same resort, but the same cabin. AND not only the same cabin, but the EXACT same room, completely by accident!
We made a trip out of it. Saturday, the 9th, we went to the BYU game in Provo with Greg's sister and brother's families. We all had a blast! And BYU won, so that helps.
Then we spent the night at my parents house, not wanting to make the trip back to SLC with all the traffic and construction. Then Sunday afternoon we left Collin with my parents and headed to Midway. It was our first night away from Collin. We missed him, but we really enjoyed just getting to be together with no distractions.

Because we didn't take any pictures of the gorgeous room on our honeymoon night...
we decided to document it this time. When we build our dream home, we want to use some of these features in our master suite. (Hey, I can dream; can't I?)

I love the king bed, and the abundance of pillows.

Double doors open to the bathroom, which is almost the same size as the bedroom.
Our absolute favorite feature: the GIANT tub.
The tiled shower is super nice as well.
Monday we went and got Collin from my parents and brought him to stay with us that night. We wanted to do some hikes and get outside, but I must have gotten food poisoning because I was miserable. What a way to celebrate our anniversary.
